Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

All TARGET Electronics products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

2. Warranty Card Validity

This warranty card is valid only when presented together with the original purchase receipt and must be submitted to the authorized Target Electronics Service Center.

• Keep your warranty card and original purchase receipt together
• Both documents are required for warranty claims
• Store them in a safe place for easy access when needed

3. Authorized Service Center

Repairs under this warranty must be performed at the Target Electronics service center in Addis Ababa.

4. What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Power fluctuations or lightning strikes
• Insect infestation (e.g., cockroaches)
• Misuse or mishandling of the product
• Accidents or breakage
• Improper cleaning methods
• Chemical exposure
• Use outside intended purpose
• Use with incompatible accessories or installations

5. Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If the warranty period has expired or if the issue is not covered by the warranty, repairs can be provided at a reasonable cost.
